CSR-Automotive Products Made from ABS
Our ABS products are manufactured based on 3D laser scan data and with the help of modern CNC milling technology. This ensures high quality and excellent fit for the respective vehicle. ABS products are flexible and have a very good surface finish.

CSR-Automotive Products Made from Fiberflex
Fiberflex products are well-suited for complex modifications due to their good cutting and bonding properties. Since Fiberflex products generally need to be adapted to the vehicle geometry, they are best suited for experienced tuners or customers with strong craftsmanship skills..

CSR-Automotive Add-On Parts Made from Metal
Our metal products are made from galvanized sheet steel. When used as bonnet extensions or side skirts, they achieve their precise fit through laser cutting or stamping. The high-quality, surface-treated metals not only offer their well-known high strength but also extreme heat resistance and weather durability. Exhaust systems from CSR-Automotive are made from high-quality, polished stainless steel.

When developing tuning parts, we comply with the standards and regulations applicable in Germany for public road traffic. The German Federal Motor Transport Authority (Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt) has successfully carried out an initial assessment of our company. In addition, our company is subject to regular quality management audits. This is a prerequisite for obtaining type approvals (TTG/ABE).
We develop our products specifically for each vehicle based on ultra high-resolution 3D laser scan data. This ensures that CSR add-on parts fit the respective vehicle perfectly. If you have ordered a product and find that it does not fit your vehicle, this is usually due to either ordering the wrong product (not suitable for your specific model variant) or the add-on part not being correctly aligned on the vehicle.

Important to note:
  • If you are unsure, you can find the exact model variant using the HSN number and TSN number in your vehicle registration document, or you can contact our customer support team.

  • When installing, make sure the add-on part is precisely aligned with your vehicle. Depending on the vehicle and the part, alignment may take some time. You can find helpful installation videos on the CSR YouTube channel.
Whether a product needs to be painted, painting is recommended, or painting is not necessary can be found in each product description.

Products made of Fiberflex:

Add-on parts made of Fiberflex are delivered unpainted. Due to the production process, Fiberflex products may slightly warp.  Therefore, the accuracy of fit should always be checked before painting.

Products made of ABS plastic (except milled rear aprons):

Add-on parts made of ABS plastic (e.g. front spoilers, rear spoilers, side skirts, diffusers) have a very high-quality surface finish and do not necessarily need to be painted. We offer our ABS products with different surface finishes (carbon look, glossy, matte, etc.).

Milled rear aprons made of ABS plastic:

Due to the milling process, micro-scratches may occur on the surface. Painting these products is not strictly necessary but is recommended.

Yes, you can wash your vehicle with CSR add-on parts in a car wash. We regularly test this with our own vehicles. You can find videos about it on our YouTube channel: CSR YouTube channel
For add-on parts made of ABS plastic, we offer a special spoiler cleaner in our shop. This cleaner is specifically designed for ABS plastics and improves both gloss and UV resistance.
If the ordered product does not fit your vehicle, it is very likely that a product was ordered which does not match your exact vehicle model variant (e.g. R-Line, M-Package, S-Line, FR, AMG-Line, etc.). You can find the exact model variant using the vehicle identification number (VIN) in your registration document.

If you accidentally ordered a “non-compatible” item, you can return it to us undamaged and in its original packaging within the statutory return period (please note that shipping costs apply).

If you are certain that you ordered an item suitable for your vehicle model variant and the ordered product still does not fit your vehicle, please use our service form. When filling out the service form, make sure to send us meaningful photos (your vehicle must be clearly visible) and describe the issue. Once you have submitted the service form, we will review your request promptly and get back to you.
Our products can only be purchased online. However, it is possible to pick up purchased items directly at the CSR company location in Büchenbach. If you would like to collect your order in person, please arrange an appointment in advance.
Please contact us beforehand to schedule a pickup appointment.

3M™ Acrylic Plus Double-Sided Adhesive Tape is particularly suitable for bonding difficult automotive surfaces and for attaching plastic add-on parts to the vehicle body. When installed correctly, the bond is permanent. The tape is temperature resistant from -40°C to +90°C.

Installation Instructions:
  • Installation should not be carried out at temperatures below 10°C (minimum 10°C for 3–4 hours).
  • Before installation, check the accuracy of fit.
  • You can mark the exact position with adhesive tape.
  • Once you have checked the fit and marked the exact position, you can begin thoroughly cleaning all bonding surfaces.
  • First clean the bonding surfaces with a suitable cleaner (e.g. glass cleaner), then with the supplied Surface Cleaner.
  • IMPORTANT: Do not remove the entire protective film from the adhesive tape at once. Instead, peel off only a 1–2 cm strip at the beginning.
  • Fold this strip back at a 90° angle.
  • Now place the add-on part on the vehicle (at the position you marked).
  • Press the add-on part firmly where the protective film has been removed.
  • Then slowly pull off the remaining protective film while pressing the add-on part firmly onto the vehicle.
  • To ensure a good and permanent bond, the add-on part must be pressed firmly onto the vehicle with sufficient pressure after the entire protective film has been removed from the adhesive tape.

You can find numerous videos on the correct installation on our YouTube channel.
